If this is your first time visiting our website or you'd like some help finding Support Groups in your area please call the
TBI Helpline 877-824-1766. We are here to help.

The purpose of a support group is to learn more about brain injury and available services by meeting with others who are facing or have faced similar challenges. Support groups provide the opportunity to:

  • Gather information and news
  • Share common needs and strengths
  • Express any type of view without being judged
  • Socialize with people who have common experiences
  • Meet new friends and find new connections in the community
  • Find courage and take risks in a safe place
